Chamber files Amicus Brief In Support of Lawsuit Challenging Maryland's "Fair Share" Health Act

The Maryland Chamber of Commerce today filed an amicus brief in support of the Retail Industry Leaders Association’s lawsuit against the State of Maryland on the grounds that the Fair Share Health Care Fund Act is preempted by the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
