Next Tuesday, March 21 at 8 p.m., Maryland Public Television will air “If the Bough Breaks,” an educational documentary that tells the story of Maryland’s medical liability insurance crisis. The film was conceptualized by Dr. Carol Ritter and produced and directed by Steve Yeager. The goal of the documentary is to raise public awareness about the medical liability insurance crisis and how it affects doctors and patients.
