Ehrlich to Announce Running Mate Next Week

The Gazette of Politics and Business reports that Governor Ehrlich will announce his running mate next week. He must do so by the July 3 candidate filing deadline. The short list, reportedly, looks like this:

  • Sen. Sandra B. Schrader (R-Dist. 13)
  • Department of Disabilities Secretary Kristin Cox
  • Secretary of State Mary Kane
  • Secretary of Planning Audrey E. Scott
  • Secretary of Housing and Community Development Victor L. Hoskins
