Today, October 31, is the deadline for requesting an absentee ballot by mail.

In order to receive an absentee ballot by mail, you must fax your completed ballot application to the Board of Elections by midnight tonight — fax numbers are listed on the application.

After tonights deadline, a Late Application for Absentee Ballot must be completed in person at the board of elections. You’ll find a list of locations, here.
