Baltimore Sun: Absentee ballots give Frank, Boteler wins
The Baltimore Sun is reporting that two incumbent Delegates who trailed after election day votes were counted, now appear to have won their races following the absentee ballot count.
Baltimore County Delegates Joseph Boteler from District 8 and William Frank from District 42 will reportedly return for another term in the House of Delegates. Read the full story here.
