Brinkley to Lead Senate Republicans

The Associated Press is reporting that Sen. David Brinkley, R-Dist 4 in Frederick and Carroll Counties, has been selected to lead the Republicans in the State Senate. Sen. Allan Kittleman, R-Dist. 9 in Howard and Carroll Counties will serve as Minority Whip. Read more here.
