Plan B Technologies Named to SmartCEO Future 50 for 2nd Consecutive Year

Maryland Chamber member Plan B Technologies has been recognized as one of the Future 50 independent and fast growing companies in the Greater Washington, D.C. area by Washington SmartCEO magazine as well as one of the Future 50 companies in the Greater Baltimore area by Baltimore SmartCEO magazine. This is the second consecutive year that Plan B Technologies has been a recipient of both prestigious awards.

Plan B Technologies is a unique full service IT solutions provider offering a wide variety of services in the areas of network access, storage solutions, security and compliance and provides a full complement of support services. Learn more about Plan B Technologies here.

Each Future 50 program celebrates business growth and recognizes companies and owners who are keeping the Greater Washington, D.C. and Greater Baltimore business environments vibrant and exciting. The award is based upon employee growth and revenue growth over the last three years. To qualify for the Future 50, a business must be at least three years old and typically no more than ten years old.

“We are thrilled to be named to the Future 50 in both regions again this year,” said President and CEO, Donnie W. Downs. “Our company has really grown together over the past few years and recognized the value of working together as a team to provide the best quality service to all of our clients. It has been the quality of the work we do, not the quantity that has led to our success.”

Last year the program brought in more than 200 nominations and those companies awarded provide more than 5,000 jobs for the local economy. The statistics and full list of winners will be announced in the January issues of Washington SmartCEO and Baltimore SmartCEO magazines. You can view this year’s winners online – Baltimore here, Washington here. Awards ceremonies will be held in Baltimore on January 18, and Washington, D.C. on January 25.
