Porcari to Return to Transportation Secretary Post

The Washington Post is reporting that Gov.-elect Martin O’Malley (D) will announce his selection of John D. Porcari as Secretary of Transportation today. Porcari served as Transportation Secretary for four years under Governor Parris Glendening. In 2003, he became Vice President of Administrative Affairs for the University of Maryland, College Park.
