Great news from Maryland Chamber Vice President of Government Affairs Ron Wineholt this afternoon. The Chamber and its allies defeated the tax credit disclosure bill that passed the House of Delegates earlier this week.

This afternoon the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee voted down both HB 983 and SB 614. We’ll post the committee vote as soon as we get it. You can view the House vote here. Or you can log into the key votes section of our website to see how your Delegates voted.
