Congratulations to Maryland Chamber Vice Chairman Betty Buck, President of Buck Distributing Co., Inc., who received the “Miller Legend” award this week at the Miller Brewing Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada. Read more here.

The award honors beer distributors who have made a difference in the beer industry and in their communities.

“Betty has shown tireless service and dedication to the beer industry and we are grateful for the many contributions she has made,” said National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) President Craig Purser. “Her work reaches far outside the beer industry. Betty is a mother, a small business owner, an advocate, a teacher and a philanthropist. She makes a positive difference in every role that she plays.”

Buck became the first female Chair of the NBWA last September.
