Toby Bozzuto Named Vice Chair of ULI Baltimore

Toby Bozzuto, Executive Vice President of Bozzuto Development Co., was named Vice Chair of the Baltimore District Council of The Urban Land Institute (ULI).

ULI Baltimore provides leadership and a forum for sharing best practices for improving state and local land use policy and development practices.

Bozzuto oversees the day to day development activities for the company’s apartment development operations. Prior to joining Bozzuto in 2001, Toby was a financial analyst with J.P. Morgan Chase and Columbia National Real Estate Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University as well as a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University. For the past three years, he has served as the Chairman of the ULI-Baltimore Young Leader’s Group. Additionally, he is a board member of Charles Street Development Corporation and serves on the Catholic Charities Building Committee.

Bozzuto Development Company is one of the seven affiliated real estate companies of The Bozzuto Group. More than 2,000 rental units are currently in the firm’s pipeline or under construction throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, with projects that range from urban high-rise properties to neo-traditional suburban communities.
