The Daily Record rolled out its Eye on Annapolis blog earlier this week.

“Things can change quickly here in Annapolis, as anyone in computer services can tell you,” said Andy Rosen, TDR’s Government reporter. “This post will kick off the most up-to-the-minute coverage we can offer.
