We did not include the vote on the tech tax bill in our key votes listing. Repealing the tax was a priority for the Chamber, and we feel it will help preserve technology jobs in Maryland. However, we did not list the vote because we advocated a different funding source than the three-year 6.25 percent income tax bracket for individuals with incomes of over $1 million and the five-year diversion of $50 million per year in transportation revenues included in the bill.
