There are a number of State task forces that have been set up as a result of recently passed legislation. Many of these study groups require a business rep, including:

• Commission to Study the Impact of Immigrants in Maryland
• Task Force on the Minority Business Enterprise Program and Equity Investment Capital
• Strategic Energy Investment Advisory Board
• Workforce Creation and Adult Education Transition Council
