The Maryland Chamber of Commerce launched a LinkedIn Group for Maryland Chamber members.

LinkedIn is an online social network for professionals. When you join, you create a profile that summarizes your professional experience and accomplishments. Your profile helps you find and be found by former colleagues, clients, and partners. You can also invite trusted contacts to join LinkedIn and connect to you. Learn more about LinkedIn here.

LinkedIn members use their networks to:

• Find potential clients, service providers, subject experts, and partners who come recommended
• Be found for business opportunities
• Discover inside connections that can help them land jobs and close deals
• Post and distribute job listings
• Find high-quality passive candidates
• Get introduced to other professionals through the people you know

We’ve noticed quite a few members using LinkedIn, so we thought it would be a good idea to start a Maryland Chamber group to help connect Maryland Chamber members within the LinkedIn Community.
