The Maryland Comptroller’s Office has posted to its website a copy of the emergency regulations and a frequently asked questions document regarding the corporate information reporting requirements for corporate groups. View more information here.

Reports are required to be filed electronically for tax years 2006 through 2010. Reports for 2006 and 2007 tax years, are due by October 15, 2008 for calendar year corporations. The system for filing the report will be on the Comptroller’s website as early as next week. Using the Comptroller’s existing business tax filing system, b-File, you will be able to securely submit the required information.
