Regulations Would Alter Small Procurements

The State Board of Public Works has proposed regulations to raise the dollar thresholds for state purchases that can qualify as small procurements. There are three categories of small procurements, which have a maximum value of $25,000. In addition to raising the dollar thresholds of each category, procurements of $15,000 to $25,000 would be advertised on eMaryland Marketplace. See a copy of the proposed regulations here.
